Francisco Navarro Lara	Francisco Navarro Lara is a conductor of international stature. He is the author of a book, entitled "Nueva Técnica de Dirección de Orquesta y Opera" (New Orchestra and Opera Conducting Technique), which has been used at more than 8 international universities. He is currently Chief Conductor of the RUSSIAN INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER ORCHESTRA (Resident in Spain since 1997) He serves as Main Hochschule Professor of Opera and Orchestra Conducting in the Music Highschool of Seville, and is the Music Director of the "Joaquín Villatoro" Music Foundation in Córdoba (Spain). Daniel d'Quincy	Composer, Writer, Performer. Mr. d'Quincy is Director of the WholeARTS Online Music Conservatory, as well as teacher in music theory and composition. He is also the Director of "syNThony," a web site dedicated to furthering the application of digital music technology in the creation, performance, and distribution of art music.
