Seeven?
During the
1980s, a unique psychic entity was channeled through the
consciousness of a psychologist practicing in the greater
Bay Area of Northern California. Channeling, in
psychological terms, is a process of dissociation through
which the thoughts and words of a disembodied spirit are
given physical reality and presence in the voice and
expressions of a person, the channel, who transmits them
directly through his or her own mind and body. In a
series of meetings with clients and other interested
persons, Seeven spoke directly to the living concerns of

Allergies and Pain
I have, over
the years had problems with allergies, and especially in
the respiratory system. . . I would like to know if I am
responsible for that.
No, Dear One. You
are not responsible for that. You are responsible only
for exploring all of those options that you have to bring
relief to your physical self. Your preconditioned
response to allergens simply represents the over
protectiveness of your physical immunity system. Your
body is working overtime in mucus membrane areas to
protect you. It secretes far more mucus and hormones and
enzymes than necessary. Each grain of pollen is a tiger
that is about to pull you apart. Talk to your body with
your breathing. Breathing, Dear Ones, is your
communication with your body. And since you all, in this
life-time, and every life-time, are working on
communication, realize that you communicate best with
your physical structure in your breathing.
Seven, could
you tell me. . . do I have a need to continue to be in
chronic physical pain? And, can you suggest what I might
do to alleviate this pain, plus the extreme fatigue that
seems to be present?
Dear One, you are
moving, and you have been moving, in correct directions
for the last several months. Your progress is becoming
increasingly rapid, for you are beginning to focus your
energies in most constructive ways.
Destructiveness
in thought and action - in other words, choosing
destructive probabilities - is exhausting. As you are
more constructive in your thoughts and actions, thus
choosing probabilities, choices that you know are best
for you, that you know work best, this allows you vast
reserves of physical energy. Remember, mind and body are
connected. When you are exhausted mentally, you are
exhausted physically. You will find a continual and
perceptive reduction in physical pain as you continue
moving in the direction you have taken on. You are
learning responsibility for you "house,"
literally and figuratively - thus, your body and your
physical home structure.
