Music Conservatory
College and High School Credit
Under certain circumstances, we are able to offer credit for our courses of instruction in music theory and composition, in cooperation with Lake Tahoe Community College, a member of the California State Community College System. Credit can be applied to high school and college records. Under California rules, these credits may be applied toward the high school diploma as well. The applicability outside of California, however, depends on local rules.
The courses in the credit program will neccessarily require the graded mastery of various compositional skills in order for credit to be granted. In addition, payment must be made for the entire course in advance. Fees depend on the course and number of credits granted. If interested, please ask your teacher for details.
